Everyone at an event needs some time off their feet. This Boho Lounge was in line with Flying Ember’s branding and brought attendees directly to their space to relax, chat with their team to learn more about the product and sample full cans of their variety of spiked kombucha flavors.

Nothing says photo opp like an air-conditioned Airstream! Pacifico wanted to be seen on social media, so they loaded up and parked their branded vehicle right in the middle of the event allowing attendees to come inside, mingle with friends and find the perfect angles to snap some pics.

Engagement was the key! We created a souped-up arcade with a prize component that created a steady stream of traffic to their space.

Good Chemistry Lounge

Good Chemistry Lounge

One of the best ways to elevate an attendee’s experience at an event is to actually elevate them above the crowd. That was the concept behind the Good Chemistry Lounge. By taking over a massive footprint in the main stage area at Westword Music Showcase, building a raised platform and covering it with canopies for shade on a hot, sunny day, the Good Chemistry staff was able to make meaningful connections with guests throughout the festival and capture email addresses to stay in touch after the event.

Deep Eddy Airstream

One of the key ingredients to a successful activation lies in what you inspire guests to share with their friends and family. The Deep Eddy Airstream took advantage of this by treating guests to a branded festival gear station with paper fans, chapstick and exclusive pours of their festival cocktails all of which made their way into the social feeds of guests. The pop-up was also the top selling beverage stand at the entire festival.

The goal was to convey a sense of luxury and relaxation. Creating a bar atmosphere with comfy seating in the indoor VIP lounge and positioning their sampling station in an enclosed area of the main stage made guests feel like they had the best seats in the house.

Going to one of Miami New Times’ signature events and you didn’t have time to get a haircut? No problem, we’ve got you covered! By working hand in hand with ‘The Spot Classic Barbershop’ we were able to recreate a custom branded pop up location right in the heart of one of our events. From hot towel shave treatments to hip haircuts to straight razor shaves, The Spot Barbershop offered all their classic grooming services in a modern setting. Each one of our attendees that took a seat in one of The Spots barber chairs were ecstatic with their result, experience and treatment. Who else gets to say they got a haircut in the middle of a party?

Just picture yourself strolling down the cobblestone roads in San Marco Square. Taking in the Italian ambiance while sipping on an ice cold refreshing beer. For Peroni Italia, it was essential for us to capture this essence and execute it for our event attendees. By bringing in the Peroni’s custom beer cart, we were able to bring a new and unique activation to the Miami clientele. People were not only ordering their beer at a typical bar, but instead getting every glass filled fresh from the cart itself. It not only brought a cool experience to the event, but also a picturesque photo opt for everyone to take pictures. Now when people post on their social media everyone knows they were having a great time with Peroni. Are you next?

Ever seem to be in a rush, but the wait time just to order your food or drink seems to be an eternity? Well, now with CHEQ, these frustrating moments have become a smooth sailing ship! We were happy to not only get the opportunity to have CHEQ at our event, but also help them by adding some Miami Glam to their activation for all of our event attendees. CHEQ is a unique app that assists customers order ahead, skip the lines and cut their waiting time for any food or drinks at their desired restaurant. Now to give our guests a little preview, we created the CHEQ QR code to order a drink ahead of time and directly pick it up from our beautiful champagne model. On our model’s dress sat an array of sparkling champagne glasses organized row by row for easy grabs. You can definitely say that the dress was not only a statement piece at our event, but got people buzzing about this new app!

Want to be involved but don’t have the manpower to be on-site? Have no fear! We worked with our friends at smart city to make sure their brand was seen in a fun and unique way without needing them to be at the event. Everyone loves a good photo opp so we brought in and decorated a photo trailer for attendees to enjoy. The photo strips were branded by smart city and were printed instantly so attendees could take them home to keep as a memory.

Nothing will stop you in your tracks like a machine that makes your drink by the turn of a lever! Hendrick’s Gin wanted to be seen on social media, and showcase their new Gin and Tonic maker. Bringing their branded setup allowed them to not only sample their product to the attendees but also gave the attendees the opportunity to get the perfect video to show the machine off to their followers.

Branding was the key! Tabasco wanted to keep it hot and take over the event to really get some eyes on the Tabasco brand. Attendees had access to a Tabasco lounge to take some time off their feet, a Tabasco Game Zone to partake in a little friendly competition, multiple Tabasco Hot Sauce Stations filled with a variety of Tabasco flavors, a chance to vote for their favorite Tabasco Taco, and so much more.
